Michigan reporter uses Facebook to track down one of state’s most wanted fugitives (The Newsroom)
The Newsroom – In August 2009, Lansing, Michigan, collected a $900,000 federal grant to pay four community police officers who would chiefly monitor the community’s registered sex offenders. But it turns out that, despite such stepped up enforcement efforts, one of the state’s most-wanted fugitive sex offenders, Adrian Hill, had been living undetected in the Lansing area.
